Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and condition; live plants must be reported within 48 hours if they arrive damaged.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a prepaid shipping label or authorization code.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully secure the items in their original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our greenhouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
